Arginine Alpa-ketoglutarate – is the basic substrate in the biosynthesis of nitric oxide (NO), which has a broad spectrum of action on the endothelium of the blood vessels, causing their expansion and, as a result, rapidly increases the blood flow through the muscles, improves muscle supply with oxygen and nutrients, and intensifies the flow of anabolic hormones that stimulate the muscles to grow and enhance the effectiveness of even a few hours of athletic effort. It increases the secretion of growth hormone and enhances the anabolism of muscle proteins. It indirectly influences muscle growth by increasing strength and endurance, and thus training volume. It can positively affect the improvement of intimate life and maintaining high sexual performance. In men, studies show that long-term administration of L-arginine additionally improves the state of the circulatory system, reduces blood pressure and preferably modulates systemic immunity.
2-Aminoisoheptane- DMHA- is a stimulant, also known as octodrine. DMHA has a relaxant effect on the bronchi, thanks to which our aerobic capacity increases, furthermore it has a decongestant activity (narrowing of the blood vessels, causing an increase in oxygen flow rate), does not cause “stupor” and sharpens the senses that could not always be experienced with dmaa.
L-Norvaline is an organic chemical compound from the group of branched chain amino acids belonging to non-protein a-amino acids. Norwalina is an arginase inhibitor, thereby increasing arginine concentration. The biologically active enantiomer is L-norvaline. Norwalina is used to regenerate muscle tissue after exercise. Its natural origin is nuts, meat and cereals. It intensifies the anabolic and anti-catabolic action of arginine, affecting the increase of exercise capacity (strength and endurance) and causes more effective blood supply and nutrition of muscle tissue. Norwalina supports the supply of nutrients and vitamins to the muscles, which enhances and accelerates muscle building.
Higenamine – an alkaloid obtained mainly from seeds of Nelumbo Nucfera – Nelumbo nucifera, in small amounts it can also be found in coffee. It demonstrates a synergistic action to NMT, causing the release of noradrenaline and adrenaline into the blood resulting in the extension of the airways and thus the increase of the body’s performance. The compound acts as a stimulant, increasing energy and alertness. Higenamine reduces oxidative stress by protecting the body against free radicals.
Theobromine-is a substance found primarily in cocoa beans, popular yerba mate, coffee or tea. Its main features include diuretic, pressure-lowering and thermogenic properties, especially in combination with caffeine and polyphenols. This substance stimulates the heart and dilates blood vessels, thanks to which it has a presumed hypotensive effect (however, it has not yet been confirmed by tests).
Vitamin B6- is a coenzyme of many enzymatic changes in the body including transamination and decarboxylation of amino acids. Particularly important is its participation in the transformation of tryptophan, which produces serotonin and nicotinic acid. It is essential in the process of phosphorylation, affects glycogenesis and glycogenolysis in muscles, plays an important role in immune and hematopoietic processes. It reduces the secretion of prolactin, which has a negative effect on men’s libido. Symptoms of pyridoxine deficiency are nonspecific: skin lesions, inflammation of tongue and oral mucosa, seizures, microcytic anemia, non-pigmented or megaloblastic, polyneuritis, depression. Its lack may favor the development of oxalate urolithiasis.
Vitamin B12 – belongs to a group of vitamins that are soluble in water. It is known under other names: cobalamin or cyanocobalamin. It is not a single substance but a chemical compound containing, inter alia, cobalt. Deficiencies of vitamin B12 are particularly dangerous and concern mainly the mental sphere, the nervous system and the hematopoietic system. Vitamin B12 acts as a non-protein component of the enzyme necessary for its activity in the production of monoamine neurotransmitters important for the brain: dopamine, serotonin and norepinephrine.
